I had a little lunch date with Chloe last week (I had pepperoni pizza, sweet potato fries and some sort of divine passion fruit cocktail, for those of you wondering), and this little get-up is what I wore. I was mildly cold but what’s fashion without goosebumps, eh?
So yes, I wore a beret. Yes a pleated midi skirt. Yes that god damn bag. Yes those god damn shoes. And this top from Monsoon.
Which, if you’ve got a keen Insta eye, you’ll have spied in a white version back in 2016, worn by loads of fash ‘grammers including Erica Davies and Katherine Ormerod.
BUT NOW IT’S OUT IN BLACK. AND PINK. AND WE CAN ALL REJOICE.
I was a bit fearful of it because y’know, high neck tops and sizeable boobs are not a match made in heaven, but I actually really love how ladylike and chic it makes me look, and don’t think it looks too crazy hideous across my chest.
You’ll also all breathe a sigh of relief to know that I’m finally back in this red H&M pleated midi skirt. I bought it a few days before Christmas whilst out shopping with Amber-Rose in Bury St Edmunds and wore it on Christmas day (teamed with this Forever 21 jumper) but then lol haha, the zip stopped being able to do up a few days later thanks to Miniature Heroes and lying on the sofa for 17 hours a day. Soz not soz.
But it’s back to doing up, and I’m feeling pretty elated to have it back in my wardrobe.
So yeah, another outfit post successfully shot round the back of Ipswich Cineworld. This one was particularly pleasing and chic because a group of teenage boys laughed at me.
